Group Sessions Terms and Conditions - Updated July 2026

All group members are required to arrive together to ensure the session starts on time.
Late arrival may result in a shortened session. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time.
Group bookings are confirmed only after payment for the full number of attendees is completed.
Website and WhatsApp bookings follow the same payment and booking policies.
Payments must be completed in advance to secure the appointment. Payments on the day of the session are not accepted.
If booking on behalf of a friend or relative, their contact details must be shared, or the booking/payment link must be forwarded to them to secure their spot.

Payments are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before the appointment.
Clients may reschedule a maximum of two times within a two-month period.
In the event of a group session cancellation, the paid amount will remain as group credit, valid for up to one month for a future booking, or may be transferred as a prepaid gift card.
If group cancellations result in only one participant remaining, the booking will be converted to an individual session and the applicable individual session fee will apply. Any outstanding balance must be settled before the appointment.

الجلسات الجماعية

يجب حضور جميع أعضاء المجموعة معًا لضمان بدء الجلسة في موعدها المحدد.
قد يؤدي التأخر عن الموعد إلى تقليص مدة الجلسة، وتنتهي الجلسة في وقتها المحدد مسبقًا.
يُعتبر الحجز الجماعي مؤكدًا فقط بعد إتمام الدفع الكامل لعدد المشاركين.
تخضع الحجوزات عبر الموقع الإلكتروني أو الواتساب لنفس سياسات الحجز والدفع.
يجب إتمام الدفع مسبقًا لتأكيد الموعد، ولا يُقبل الدفع في يوم الجلسة.
في حال الحجز نيابةً عن صديق أو أحد أفراد العائلة، يجب تزويدنا ببيانات التواصل الخاصة به، أو إرسال رابط الحجز والدفع إليه ليتمكن من تأكيد مقعده.

جميع المدفوعات غير قابلة للاسترداد.
يجب تقديم طلب إعادة جدولة الموعد قبل 12 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الجلسة.
يُسمح بإعادة جدولة الموعد بحد أقصى مرتين خلال فترة شهرين.
في حال إلغاء الجلسة الجماعية، يبقى المبلغ المدفوع كرصيد للمجموعة صالحًا لمدة شهر واحد من تاريخ الإلغاء لاستخدامه في حجز مستقبلي، أو يمكن تحويله إلى بطاقة هدية مدفوعة مسبقًا.
إذا أدى إلغاء بعض المشاركين إلى بقاء مشارك واحد فقط، فسيتم تحويل الحجز إلى جلسة فردية، وتُطبق رسوم الجلسة الفردية المعتمدة. ويجب سداد أي فرق في الرسوم قبل موعد الجلسة.
